- Rating 5.0Nov 29, 2024Apart from having to wait 6 months for my car, the experience was positive. Nigel in sales was very helpful on our first visit and explained clearly how the process worked. When we got the call 6 months later to collect the car, Mathew was able to book us in at the earliest appt. He is obviously very knowledgeable about Jeep and loves his job. He went through the registration etc and then went through all and showed us all the controls in the car. I drove out of Charles Hurst, a very happy new Jeep driver.
