They first messed up by not sending my driving license details to Motability. Tried contacting Charles Hurst several times, they never returned any of my calls.
Last time I had contact with them was when I initially booked the vehicle with them. Their customer service is non existent.
If and when the time comes, I will not be returning to Charles Hurst Renault Motability. I'll find a dealership that cares for it customers.
