    Terrible dealership. They have had my car for 10 weeks to be repaired. (Thermostat housing).
    The part is on back order with no guide to how long it will be before the part arrives or the car will be fixed.
    No updates from dealer, RAC or motability on the progress of the car.
    Had to wait over a week on a hire car that is sub standard and doesn't meet my fathers needs.
    I've tried calling the motability complaints department but got no joy from them. Kept getting passed about different departments with nobody wanting to help.
