    Got my new car yesterday, car is great, service wasn’t bad, however I was asked about a extra product for the vehicle and and I mentioned to the sales agent that I would take it if it was approved in finance basis, yesterday upon picking up the car I had an extra £499 to pay which I was not prepared for and the sales agent just shrugged me off I had to borrow money to complete the transaction. Please just next time make the effort to contact your customers in case you are this didn’t go though to make sure they still want the product as this was very frustrating and embarrassing.
