    We were given an appointment within a week of being contacted regarding our first service. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We waited in the showroom while the service was being carried out and there was comfortable seating, television and free hot beverages. Service was completed within 2 hours as specified and we were given a printout of all the vehicle checks.
