    I met Justin for the first time the day I ordered my new Mobility car. He is a very nice young man very easy to talk to. He answered all my questions and was very helpful as this was my first hybrid car after having seven Mini’s I hope in three years time and would go back to get a new hybrid all being well as long Renault go back into the scheme and Justin is there I would have no hesitation to returning to him.     Always used Renault Newtownabbey for our mother’s motability cars (this being the 3rd Renault car)but don’t think the customer service has been as good since taking this current new vehicle. Don’t think we’ll be renewing with them next year. Since new this car has had problem with alarm? No one actually offering to show that the alarm is actually working. Also always request assistance with cleaning the front windscreen at each service. My request was dismissed on this occasion?Car had been given a wash and looked worse due to dried in droplets over windows. Definitely not the great service offered by Renault Newtownabbey with the last 2 vehicles 👎
