    I found John Shepard the sales man very helpful and went out of his way to insure the car I picked was right for my needs very helpful loads of information my experience has been great .

    Staff at the service reception were very polite & welcoming but to wait from 9am to 1pm in their showroom for just a service is ridiculous. The recall wasn't carried out until the afternoon when I had to return so that can't be the reason for a service to take 4 hours. Next time the car has to go for a service I will be asking for a courtesy vehicle.
