- Rating 5.0Aug 12, 2024I was dealt with by a gentleman called Christopher who arranged collection of my vehicle. He is extremely courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything perfectly and took time to demonstrate different functions within the vehicle to ensure i was comfortable before I left the premises. He also reassured me that if I had any further queries after leaving, I could contact him. The manager who was also very pleasant, gave this reassurance and wished me luck with my new vehicle which was lovely and much appreciated. My experience with Charles Hurst Kia Newtownabbey from start to finish was fantastic.
