    Absolutely wonderful, faultless.

    I have always had a great experience at VW Aberdeen but must say that this time it was even smoother, no issues, accessible and simple steps before receiving my car. Olaf was such a friendly, polite. caring & helpful person. I had worries & nerves (I’m anxious person) about a lease for a new car but those were settled when I met Olaf to view suitable cars. He kept me upto date at all times, regular updates and if I had any questions about the scheme, process, money or about the car itself he answered every one straight away.

    The transfer was hassle free due to completing some forms before hand, Olaf explained every step to, he was patient and took his time to make sure everything was correct. He then talked me through all the features within the car, some new buttons that I didn’t have in my last car.

    I cannot praise Olaf & VW Aberdeen enough, if I could score higher than 5/5 I would.

    Our service appt. lasted 2.45 mins while we sat and waited. Was meant to take 1.30. No parking available in dealership it was chock a block no disabled bays available at all. Double parked everywhere
