    It makea a world of difference having my independence through my motabiliry car. I am reassured that everything the car needs is dealt with, Reminders are sent when its time to book in for a service or MOT.I do like that theres a courtesy car booked for my use whilst my car is in garage for rhe day, as i live in a rural location and public transport is useless and not an option with my health issues. I Like that the car gets a quick wash n vac too, as this takes too much energy out of me most of the time.Motability is not just about physical disabilities, but also mental disabilities so to have worry free motoring is a great service.

    A day after a service the car develops a fault, it is clear that someone didn't do their job properly, extremely dissatisfied with the situation, totally ruined my plans on my birthday with my son because someone FAILED to do their work. I am wanting to make a formal complaint about this. Not even offered a courtesy car, simply it is if I dont matter
