    I collected my car on Tuesday. The car is good to drive and I’m happy with the seat position for my disability. I’m not happy in retrospect of the handover information. It isn’t until I was home and having to do certain basic things I realised I didn’t know how to do those things. Eg. Keyless operation, making and receiving phone calls etc. I paid to get dash cams and it was I was on my way home that I realised I hadn’t received any information on how it operates. There is an online handbook but some of the information is actually quite confusing. I was told I’d get a phone call in 2 days to see how I was getting on, that was today and I haven’t gotten a phone call.
