    Car needed a new tyre, was supposed to get it back on the Monday as they are closed over the weekend. No car delivered on the Monday, no phone call to let me know, I eventually had to speak to the service manager to get the car back finally at 15:30 on the Tuesday. Unhappy would be an understatement, this is the second time my service has been a disgrace but it doesn’t seem to bother the dealership.

    Unfortunately the driver bring my car back seemed to have let his personal life interfere with his working commitments. Which in the simplest of terms left me marooned with car parked midway down my drive at the foot of my steps blocking any access for me as I don’t walk !. My mobility issue is quite plain to see , yet your driver took no consideration to this and abruptly handed my keys back and walked off saying he was not getting involved with my car being parked in the wrong place as he needed to get to the hospital to see a family member who was in a bad way . I do hope all is well with the gentleman and his family , even though I had call a friend to come and move my car back to where he first picked it up previously that morning .

    Car kept without replacement, long waiting time. When returned, check engine light came on when driving for first time. Now without a functioning car for unknown time. Was asked to be ‘understanding’, as they were very busy
