    I found my experience at Eastern BMW very poor. My car was booked in for a break fluid service, MOT and end of warranty check. After the health check I was made aware the car needed two tyres and the wheel alignment to be done. I brought the car in to the dealership at 9 am, these issues were discovered before 10am but it was 6pm before I got my car back. I was given very little communication throughout the day and it was always me doing the chasing. When I got the car back the wheel alignment had not been completed and the steering column had been moved- due to hand controls being fitted this should NEVER be done. I am glad that I have not ordered a BMW as my next car.
