    The entire team at MINI Braehead were absolutely lovely, making the whole process seamless from start to finish. However there is one person in particular who deserves 100 gold stars. I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jonathan Chiverton and I feel that MINI should actually be considering him for CEO. His knowledge, passion, and dedication to the brand are unparalleled. He clearly believes so much in the brand, showed me pictures of his past MINIs and knew everything there was to know about these cars. I hadn't driven in a decade and was really nervous about getting behind the wheel again, but Jonathan immediately put me at ease. His calm, encouraging demeanour made my test drive such a positive experience, and I felt completely safe the entire time. My nerves were quickly put to the side when I realised how fun MINIs are to drive. As soon as we got back to the garage I placed the order and did not bother going to see any other cars or visiting any other garages. I picked up Winnie the MINI — complete with a bow on Friday — and it was such a joyful memory. This car has genuinely given me my independence back and most of all, confidence to drive again. The little details in the car make all the difference. The heated steering wheel is a dream and the big screen and intuitive controls make driving so easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Jonathan and the MINI Braehead team, for making this such a special experience.
