    Wow. What an experience. I arrived at our prearranged time and the women on the front desk already knew my name. Campbell was unfortunately off sick so Matt did my handover. He was polite informative and friendly. Our dog got VIP treatment also. The dealership is lovely and has a relaxed and laid back approach which I liked. The manager came to introduce himself which I thought was a lovely touch. I received 1st class treatment from beginning to end. Lexus certainly know how to deliver exceptional customer experience. Well done, and a big thank you from myself to everyone, in particular to Matt and Campbell.
