He was polite informative and friendly. Our dog got VIP treatment also. The dealership is lovely and has a relaxed and laid back approach which I liked. The manager came to introduce himself which I thought was a lovely touch. I received 1st class treatment from beginning to end. Lexus certainly know how to deliver exceptional customer experience.
