    Exemplary customer service. Cannot praise Morris Lightoot enough for the attention and help he gave me. He explained what work was required and then went through everything when collecting the vehicle. Great job!

    Initially friendly but a little disorganised on when the car would be available but the initial part was ok and friendly.
    On collection of the car, I met with a different sales men who was mysogenistic. When I arrived he said ‘ I’ve just been talking about you’ That was surprising to me since we had never met before. I asked for clarification from him and the salesman said in a patronising tone that he was interested to see how the transaction would go. He was rude and treated me with complete disrespect.
    Transaction complete, the way in which he then handed over the car I found uncomfortable, as he encroached on my personal space. It was all enough for me to want to just get out of there.
