- Rating 5.0Oct 31, 2023My first enquiry re my Motability car was with Clair Connelly and advised her that I was seeking new car quickly as other dealerships at least those who actually returned my calls quoted 4 months delivery. Claire advised that she had a cancellation vehicle that would suit my requirements or could supply a vehicle within 3 to 4 weeks. I then arranged and met with Clair at the garage and she went through the Motability process showed me available vehicle’s explained everything clearly and submitted my application. She was courtesy and professional throughout the process and did not disappoint with the service and promised delivery date. During the handover of my Suzuki S Cross she took sufficient time and effort to fully explain the workings of the car,she kept in touch by phone and email during the waiting for delivery period and her customer care was exemplary. Well done Henry’s the premises are great and your sales staff in particular Clair are top class. Having over many years dealt with various other car dealerships I have to say Henry’s and Clair are without doubt the easiest and best I have had s car from. Well done Henry’s and a huge thank you to Clair Connelly.
