    Great experience and a great service made it so simple to get a car with mobility. I went just to look and think about what car would be best however was so impressed ordered a car there and then thanks bmw.

    Reason for this is they phoned the night before to cancel my courteous car because they did not have any so had 2 sit and wait on it which never even took an hour just hope everything was looked at

    I am disappointed with service provided.
    Car couldnt be returned same day as it wasn't completed and required to be washed.... this wasn't an issue however when i collected the car it hadn't been washed.... i was aaked to return to the garage and it was cleaned.... left with streaky marks.... obviously no pride in their job.... disappointing.
    I would wish to say the service staff were friendly, courteous and helpful....
