    Excellent handover experience. Kevin was polite and professional and explained everything clearly. I was planning on taking a taxi to the dealership as my wife was in the office, but Kevin kindly picked me up at my door. My private reg plates were also fitted by the team so the car was good to go once everything was signed. I couldn’t recommend Kevin and the team highly enough.

    Great service however no parking available for disabled people as they were used by the car dealership to place out there cars. My daughter had to abandon her car whilst dropping me off and wait for me. Something needs to be done around parking

    Not great with communication before pick up. Didn’t tell us there was an extra cost for paint initially and it took longer than expected to get the car but I appreciate somethings are outwith thier control… it would just have been good to have that communicated.
