    Janice booked my car in and kept me updated.
    Had a lovely latte while I waited on my daughter.
    When my car was ready Janice brought it round to the front door.
    Cannot praise them enough which is why I chose Toyota

    The service was carried out and everything was marked off as being checked I.e. fluid levels etc but these were not checked and had to stop and buy water to fill it myself after car got covered in mud by a passing car. Could have been serious if I wasn't a careful driver
