    Could never get through to anyone on the phone and never got a call back. Had no updates on my car until I went over and complained and then I started to get a call every week

    I would highly recommend Vertu Mazda and Scott he was friendly and approachable and just a genuinely nice guy. As a female he put me at ease and explained everything clearly in a way I could understand. I’m not knowledgeable about cars but Scott just put me at ease. He was lovely. I would definitely recommend anyone to get a Mazda from him. He’s an expert and is a credit to the company.
