    Absolutely awful service and experience. The garage has had my car for 8 weeks and there is still issues. My 8 month car broke down, I was doing 70mph and the engine cut out with no warning leading to a terrifying experience. The RAC tested the car and stated it had 9 faults and took it to the garage. I received a courtesy car. 3 weeks later my car was ready to collect, we posted the courtesy car keys through the locked box as it was a weekend and took my own car back. The garage stated the faults were fixed. The car broke down on the way home, exact same issue and again a near miss accident. RAC stated they had not fixed the faults, they had only reset the warning lights. My car also came out the garage with a chip in the windscreen, the garage took responsibility for this and stated it would be fixed. When I went to collect my car again after 8 weeks, new parts had been replaced, service done but windscreen not fixed and they expected me to take it home. I declined due to the weather. Staff have never apologised or been sympathetic. In fact the manager states she knew nothing about the windscreen yet I had spoke to them 3 times about it and named people I had spoke to.
