    Front desk staff were lovely and I couldn't fault their service. However the overall service was terrible. I booked service WEEKS in advance WITH courtesy car. I was told on arrival wrong courtesy car booked and couldnt be given due to insurance purposes (more like they buggered up and gave away courtesy cars they shouldnt of). So the service would be put as a waiting appointment and would take "an hour and a half" it took three hours!

    Collected and dropped off my car from home. Fast and excellent service as always form Parks MG Irvine. They have been fabulous since I got my car a year ago.
