- Rating 1.0Oct 31, 2025I’m very unhappy with Park’s Jaecoo Irvine. I wouldn’t even give them one star to be honest. I’m due to pick up my next week, only to be told there is no date to when I’m getting it. I paid my deposit in July yet walk-in buyers are picking up their cars after a couple of weeks. I’m really disappointed with the whole process and am seriously considering asking for my deposit back and returning my Motability car. Subsequently I did reach out to Parks only for those who I spoke to have no knowledge of Parks Jaecoo Irvine asking me to contact them. I’m no further forward with this matter and do not see a way I can negotiate with the Motability specialist at Jaecoo. I tried to locate another Jaecoo seller but I would have to wait until the end of February for a car from them. The whole process has been demoralising and frustrating.
