    We have not received our car yet, however, we have ordered it.
    We visited twice and spoke to a lovely young guy named Aiden. He was super knowledgeable about all the cars Nissan had to offer us and was able to answer any questions we had.

    On the one occasion he wasn’t completely sure about something, he didn’t guess — he took the time to go and find the correct answer for us, which we really respected. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and he made us feel completely comfortable throughout.

    He was patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, which we really appreciated. He took the time to understand our needs and what would work best for us on the Motability Scheme, explaining everything clearly and making sure we were happy with each step of the process.

    The manager also came over to introduce himself, which was a lovely touch and very professional. We were always offered tea, coffee, water, etc., and made to feel welcome each time we visited.

    Aiden was friendly, professional and approachable throughout, and he kept us well informed about the ordering process and what to expect next. He made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming decision a really smooth and positive experience.

    Based on our experience so far with the Motability Scheme at Western Nissan, we would highly recommend them — especially Aiden — and we are very much looking forward to receiving our new car.
