    The car got picked up @ 8.27 in the morning, was told it would be back in afternoon, I called twice and was told someone would call me but it never came, 3rd time I call as I knew the driver's where finished for the day and the lady I spoke to was about to finish too but she told me she would go to the service department and wait till someone call me to which she did.
    The lack of communication between the garage and myself was very poor indeed. We eventually got the car back around 5.45 that evening.
