I originally went to Skoda Salisbury which is locally to me but didn't have a great experience. They didn't really show any interest in me as a customer.
So when I went to Taylor instead I was happy that someone explained everything to me (I'm new to the scheme).

How they keep us informed over the process is 0. We had to chase them for information. Customer care is 0. I went to the agreed appointment to take the car and I was there for 5 minutes and nobody said anything the just ignored me despite multiple times many employees passed me without eye contact. Full with burned out employees and 0 happiness. They don’t care just pay the money and go take the car and they grab the big red bow and put it on the other car.
