    First visit was with my daughter. We looked at several cars but no one approached us whatsoever. Returned next day with my husband who,due to his disabilities, cannot walk far. Couldn't find a space so parked in front of the windows. Was rudely told off by a man in a shirt and tie. There were no signs saying I couldn't park there. Thankfully a driver/mechanic/valeted offered to take my keys and park for me. We decided on a car and I asked to speak to a Motability salesman. Josh eventually came and from then on everything proceeded smoothly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between the 2 models and advised us that the model we were most interested in had received a 2024 upgrade. We completed the paperwork and we had regular updates from Josh. When we collected the car on Tuesday (funnily enough, parked in front of the window where I had parked previously!) we checked it over and completed the paperwork. Josh explained, and showed us, various controls/switches etc etc on the car and rather than bewilder us too much,said he would be on the end of the phone/email if we had any queries....or we could pop in lany time. Bad start to our visit but a good finish.

    It was first class, right from the start they were happy to let my Assitance dog accompany me and come in n the test drive. They listened to my request for not calling out of the blue and instead gave it a real personal touch by sending me video messages keeping me updated .
