The hand over less so we were given a time to come in and pick up the car we had to wait an hr before the man had finished with the people he was dealing with the other sales people made us a hot drink and apologised but the motorbility salesman did not, I don't think he even acknowledged that we were there.
When he hadded finished he checked out old car over and went to get the new car. We received the insurance paperwork but nothing else he handed us the keys out side the showroom and that was more or less it. When we collected the old car from anotherdealership it was in the showroom covered up and we drove it out which was nice.
