    Very professional, kind and courteous. A complete different experience, and one where they were only to happy to help with anything. Such a breath of fresh air compared to the last dealership (Ford) I had the misfortune of using. And it feels good to be treated as a human and not just a cash cow.

    There was no handover the car wasn't ready and after spending 2 hours in dealership was sent away in a courtesy car. The car was taken to my home address but on inspection in the morning there were items missing and damage to the car. Really disappointed

    No interest in us because we are mot ability customer and not a paying one. Total lack of communication. Told car was ready to pick up, got there and was told not been registered, had to wait another week to get it. Customer service ***t. Car is brilliant though, yaris hybrid.
