    Appalling. Probs with tech, short staff, not calling back.Carer dropped off car Wed 8am. Wasn't finished til Fri 2.30pm. They didn't phone to tell us it was ready. No on answered their phones on Fri, coz 2 people had half days off.Spent hours phoning VW n Motability over 3 days.
