    Appalling. Probs with tech, short staff, not calling back.Carer dropped off car Wed 8am. Wasn't finished til Fri 2.30pm. They didn't phone to tell us it was ready. No on answered their phones on Fri, coz 2 people had half days off.Spent hours phoning VW n Motability over 3 days.

    Apart from the lack of advice i sought & the total lack of interest shown to me by youre so called proffessionals,+ what happened to the "complimentary clean & wash, i was not informed as to what work had been carried out! I understand that Mobility are paying for the works,but as i'm in the process of buying this vehicle a "heads up" would have been apprecuated, R burgin
