Communication and friendliness was great.
However unlike other experiences I have had.
No paperwork was not shared as I was told it goes straight to Motability.
On booking the service I was told that a video would be available, again I have not received that.
The outside of the car was cleaned to a high standard but not that inside ( again not my past experience)
