    I have just received my Qashqai car through the Motability scheme , I’m really happy with the whole experience. Steven was super friendly and kept me updated every step of the way. The Qashqai is my First time with Nissan and it’s perfect for my needs. I have never driven an automatic car before and thanks to my husband and Stevens excellent instructions and patience I did it.

    Steven was amazing. He was very attentive and accommodating. I didn't feel pressure to buy as I have at the other car sales.

    I never give a bad reference, I just don't send feed back!
    Ancaster Epsom is the only car dealership that I have sent Fred back!

    Absolutely brilliant customer service. Michael went above and beyond, taking time to take me on a test drive, moved appointments to suit me and explained everything really well when I collected the car. Overwhelmed I forgot to ask how to open the fuel cap. No problem, said Michael, and promptly sent me a video of how to. Such good customer care, all with a brilliant sense of humour. Give that man a raise! Best customer service ive had in the UK in YEARS!
