    drop off was marred by the advisor making reference to my 'government funded vehicle' this made me feel like a benefit scrounger. Mixed with him explaining how accepting he is of disability due to training and accepting hidden disability could be present. On my pointing out my father part owned a business and worked with the one of the founders for 26 years he was keen to point out how good the scheme was.

    On collection no explanation on any work undertaken or any feedback, he processed the documents and started to seat his next customer before he had even let me know 'I was now leaving'

    The driver was excellent, really nice helpful person. The service was done and the car was cleaned to a very good standard on its return
