    Grant was professional and friendly. He really knew his stuff, was very kind and helpful. He didn’t treat me any differently for having a disability, he pulled the chair out for me when I needed to sit down and was lovely. He made ordering the car a smooth experience and explained everything clearly. When I collected my car, he set everything up for me and told me all I needed to know in order to use it.     Ok pleasure to give a more detailed feedback if you insist. First time we contacted them the lady was rude and told us that we have to come all the way there to find out if the vehicle we wanted was available. I explained I live I. London and doesn’t want to go all the way without knowing for sure, she did not care and hang up the phone. We decided to call again hoping to get through someone else and we did. He was able to tell us everything we needed to know and invited us to come in to finalise the paperwork.
