First time we contacted them the lady was rude and told us that we have to come all the way there to find out if the vehicle we wanted was available. I explained I live I. London and doesn’t want to go all the way without knowing for sure, she did not care and hang up the phone. We decided to call again hoping to get through someone else and we did.
