    Hi, especially want to say big thank you to Tim Hawkes who kept me up-to-date on the delivery of the car and going through the mobility side with me made it very easy to understand
    The mobility scheme is very easy to understand online
    Also, the Toyota app is especially good as well
    Want to say thanks to Troy Woods for his handover of the Car and to show me all the controls he was extremely knowledgeable
    The day I picked the car up it was covered over when it was revealed I was so excited .

    My handover experience began with a appointment at 10:30. I walked into the dealership and the receptionist asked if I was Mr Fox. Its nice that I was expected and I didn't have to introduce myself, big tick. I was shown to David's desk and I noticed the vehicle next to it was covered. We finished the necessary paperwork and David thanked me for my custom and handed me over to a young gentleman (I'm gutted I can't remember his name) who had not long started working their. The big reveal started with the covered car, it was mine! They uncovered it in front of me to revealed it. The gentleman was very polite and courteous and proceeded to take me through the cockpit controls confidently and had obviously done his homework. I very much liked how he explained things and I was able to take everything in first time, leaving me feeling confident and in control of my first E.V. I can't thank him enough and i really think he's going to be a great addition to their already brilliant team. Just before I was about to drive away from their now beautifully refurbished showroom the Manager of the dealership came over to me to shake my hand and thank me for using Inchcape Toyota. All these things all added to the customer experience and haven't been done at any previous dealerships. Thank you again and keep up the superb work you do because it really matters.

    I've been very lucky to have had 8 new vehicles over the last 30 years, so I believe I'm in a good position to review a dealership. This is the first time I had ordered a new car with Toyota, but will definitely not be the last. On my first visit to Toyota the showroom was being refurbished and it was all a bit busy and bearing in mind I had just dropped in without an appointment I was taken care of and looked after extremely well. I decided to order a new BZ4X with David the motability specialist. David was brilliant at his job and very informative answering every question I had asked about the vehicle and it being my first E.V. I've never had service like it from a motability specialist at a garage where I've ordered a car before. Quite simply because of David I confidently decided to order at my first visit without seeing any more cars. After the car was ordered David told me when I could expect a call to let me know when it all was confirmed to a rough delivery date. Everything happened exactly as he said the communication was first class and I can't fault him in anyway. I don't normally do any reviews but because of the service I needed to say something this time. When I've ordered a car in the past I've always changed the make just so I can compare each one. At the moment I'm more than happy with my Toyota and will definitely be somewhere I visit first for my next car.
