    Ashley was really polite and knowledgeable. Explained controls on the car clearly before a test drive. Order process was really straightforward and everything was explained really well. Far Better experience in Kia then previous dealerships. Would highly recommend

    I had great customer service from Ashley at Snows in Guildford, it is our first Mobility Car and the car was given in such a thoughtful way, I was nervous about driving a new car, He made me feel relaxed about driving it away, he was very good at explaining all the amazing features in our new car, he took his time and explained it so well I didn’t feel nervous driving it away.
