- Rating 5.0Nov 2, 2024The gentleman called before picking up the car. He answered some of our concerns we had, he was really professional and friendly for that we were grateful.
Before dropping the car I had a call to say he was on his way, on arrival he told me about the service. He gave me some info about my next service which I really appreciated.
It’s good when you can not get your car in yourself.
Also the car was cleaned inside and out which was great. Thank you Kia staff

Of me a cup of tea we did the pin number bit and all the other little bits we had to do and then he took me to my car and he showed me inside the car, he set up my Bluetooth he set up my radio stations. He set up my dash cam on my phone, he was absolutely brilliant absolutely superb the whole way through the process I have had nothing but help from him. When I got home I wanted to phone and thank him he was worried I was going to complain but quite the opposite I wanted to say how helpful kind obliging , knowledge knowing he is he is an asset to the company. He was welcoming, knowledgeable and most of all, he was reassuring as I suffer from bad anxiety and was feeling anxious in a very big way but Jamie was very calming and easy to talk to.
