    Absolutely outstanding from start to finish! We approached Hyundai Basingstoke with the intention of test driving a few vehicles to exchange our motability vehicle. We were greeted by a wonderful young man called Franklyn. He gave us the opportunity to look at and test drive a Kona. I really like this one but as we had arranged some other test drives we told him we would get back to him once we had made a decision. I had completely fallen in love with the Kona so no other cars compared! Plus the customer service we received at Hyundai was incomparable! So we contacted Franklyn and explained that we would be going ahead with the Kona. His knowledge around the vehicles was outstanding and it actually meant we decided to go for a fully electric vehicle rather than the hybrid we originally planned. He explained the cost saving and how much more economical the electric vehicle would be. No matter what questions we had for Franklyn, he answered with a smile, plus if we had to contact him when we weren’t at the branch, he responded extremely quickly to any emails we sent his way. He remained happy, positive and so friendly throughout the entire process, and he was a genuine delight to deal with. When we collected our new car this evening, he spent time going through all the different aspects of the vehicle, answering any questions we had and again was so polite and helpful. He made the entire process simple and straightforward, with literally no stress for us at all, and I couldn’t fault him at all! I would highly recommend Hyundai Basingstoke, especially Franklyn.
