    Eden Hyundai in Basingstoke were disappointing overall to deal with as they gave limited details of when the car would arrive. Even to the point of receiving a customer service notification for reviewing a car that I hadn’t yet received.

    On top of this the software on the vehicle was not up to date and I had to manually update this myself.

    I have had two services and booked two months in advance and booked a courtesy car due to having a disabled child. Both times when I have arrived for my appointment I have been informed no car available and also a twenty pound charge and I was told I should be booking a car with yourselves. When I ordered the car they even got the order wrong. So I am not impressed and would appreciate your feed back
