    The pick up and drop off service was good
    But car definitely wasn’t cleaned properly, under the mats wasn’t hoovered the centre console wasn’t clean the boot wasn’t cleaned

    The service department never answer their phones, I rang repeatedly over a number of days.
    They let me know that they were keeping my car further than agreed after I had to track them down by phoning the sales dept and threatening to speak to the manager as no one had rang me all day and I knew they garage was shutting within the hour.
    The courtesy car was electric with only 100 miles, not enough for me to drive to my home, go to work and and take it back. So I had to drive back again to pick up another car that would be appropriate for hire. When I took the car back it had over 300 miles of petrol that cost me £30 as they said they needed it for a further day, turned out they didn't and it seems entirely unfair that I have not been reimbursed the money I spent because of their repeated blunders. when I picked it up it had with about 80 miles, I was promised that someone would have a word about a good will gesture... but what a surprise no further contact.
