- Rating 5.0Mar 20, 2024This was out first motability car and we were lucky enough to have Danny from Brayley's walk us through thr whole process and answer any questions (not matter how silly they seemed). He kept in contact through the whole process so we knew what was going on. At car handover he explained all the paperwork to us and then sat in the car with to show me all the buttons and controls. He even arranged so that thr in car screen protector was left on so our son with additional needs could peel it off and be part the experience. Before we left Danny made sure to tell us we can contact him If we are unsure of anything with the car, if I forget what the buttons do or if struggle to connect our phones and he help us sort it out and go through all the things in car again for us. We really hope when it times comes to change the car Danny is around to help us again.
