    Fabulous customer service! Salesman was very knowledgeable and understood my requirements and disability needs. He put me at ease and answered my questions adeptly even if they were seemingly trivial. He also made me feel confident in my choice of vehicle, showing me the various differences between the new and my current car.
    He is happy to take me out for a test drive when necessary for me. I am confident that he will keep me updated and remain in contact during the time we are waiting for delivery of new vehicle.
    He ensured that we were aware of all our legal obligations and requirement’s.
    I have no doubt that he will make himself available should any issues arise upon delivery of new vehicle.
    Joe is a very friendly salesman who puts his customers first, I felt very confident in his ability to understand my needs…….. even though he didn’t have cake!!
    Joe has an excellent personality type to put his customers at ease, showing an interest in them as people therefore enhancing his ability to understand the needs and requirements of each individual customer, which would seem to be paramount to his job.
    An excellent representative for Motability sales.
