    Awful. Miss p cropp. The woman who booked my mot, asked if I would like John to deal with me. Also asked her to stop calling mrs. Which she said twice. When I turned up for mot , asked where John was , she said it was his day off, calling me darling. Bought my grandson with me as was going to look for new car, they had my car 24 hours ,! She then said wouldn’t be ready 5 got there at 5 told me to sit down , while she chatted to a client for half n hour.! Then she turned to me calling me darlin. And gave me the key. Couldn’t wait to go, awful service
