    The staff were fantastic but I was quoted a two hour wait when I booked it and waited 3hr15 which was too long

    Josh, the person I dealt with, seems like a nice person. He was polite and friendly.

    A few things I would improve:
    Nissan wanted a copy of my PIP award letter, but it feels too intrusive. It was never explained why this was a requirement and there should be a clear explanation for handing over very personal details like this, but it feels unnecessary as they really should have all the information they need from Motability.

    The whole process for me was rushed due to the timing of the £750 advance payment ending so I don't think my experience was typical. I'm not very good under pressure.

    I know that most people find getting a car to be exciting but for me (I'm autistic with sensory processing disorder) it is an extremely stressful experience and one of the main reasons why I've kept my old car for 20 years. I would have preferred to go into a quiet room where we could discuss cars as the showroom is very bright and noisy. It was overwhelming to say the least.

    I am happy with the car but I've had to persuade my carer as it is a bit sluggish even compared to my 20 year old car. It wasn't my first choice as there is a problem with my driveway (subsidence from neighbours removing a tree) which restricted my choice of car as it had to have enough ground clearance to get onto the driveway which meant the electric car I wanted was too low.

    If I decide to go for the Motability scheme again I'm hoping that my driveway will be fixed so I can go for an electric car instead.
