    Amazing experience, worked with Sean Smith and had a wonderful time. He was dutiful in explaining the features and options I had, and kept me laughing and smiling the whole time. He offered a drink as I came in and again halfway through which i found very thoughtful for him to have offered again. Overall amazing experience would recommend.

    I believe his name was Oscar at the Hyundai in poole. He was incredibly helpful, we found the car I was looking at and even went for a test drive there and then. He was so helpful and a really lovely person.

    No reflection on the service I received from the staff, but on receiving obligatory txt to book a service appointment,the facility is only set up for paying customers, customers like myself who dont need to pay then have the inconvenience of phoneing to make the necessary appointment.
    Given the congested parking issues at poole hyundai, its not always easy to park near to the main entrance..It would be nice if hyundai provided the old facility of collecting and delivering vehicles for service, more so for people with physical disabilities.
