    I had my car serviced whilst I was waiting. I wasn’t informed at the booking that it takes 2 hours to get the service done - I would’ve ordered a courtesy car instead . There was over 30 minutes delay in getting my car serviced, which meant that I had to spend over 2.5 hours waiting The coffee station wasn’t kept clean and the quality of drinks was poor. The staff did not keep me informed on the progress and I had to seek ongoing updates. The waiting section is small and uncomfortable- at one point there wasn’t enough seats for everyone. I had previously a bad experience at Kia in December 2022 when a lady from customer services clearly discriminated against me and spoke to my partner (who is British) normally whilst changing the pace and tone of her voice when speaking with me - i do not struggle with English so I found this extremely offensive. There are no seats at the service desk and due to my mobility issues I really struggled with having to stand whilst waiting to speak with your staff or waiting for an update. If I had a choice of going somewhere else to have my hcar serviced again, I’d not return to Kia ever again.
