    I was expecting my car to be collected on 4th Sept when it was still with me late morning I rang only to be told the collection drivers were out sick so it couldn't be eventually my car was collected on the 8th. When the car was returned it had not been washed, it usually is, the chap said I've just realised it has not been cleaned I will ring you on the 12th to arrange for your car to be picked up, washed and returned. I'm still waiting!
