    Absolutely amazing, the staff was very helpful and friendly. As I am wheelchair user, I did receive extra help. They went this "extra mile" for me.

    It’s a shame my car couldn’t be picked up from my house as arranged, because the driver wasn’t in. So I drove my car in - my wait was 2 and a half hours. It seemed a long wait but I was kept up to date with the progress and of my car.

    A while you wait MOT turned into a 6hr one. Classic Heritage. Worse dealer ever never get anything right.

    Excellent communication with various members of staff, keeping us updated on our order. Alex was incredibly thorough with showing us the features of our new car and kindly along with a colleague drove our new car out of Bristol,to a quieter place,as my wife is still recovering from a heart attack and I'm too disabled to be a confident driver.Excellent all round service from everyone we've dealt with. Highly recommended.

    Everyone were very polite and approachable however this is the only reason I have given any star ratings. When ordering my new car the sales man didn’t no any of the cars standard equipment and proceeded to add everything on as an optional extra. I was not intill we had almost finished and I was very surprised at one of the extras was not standard he looked up what was standard. It termed out nerly everything I ordered was standard equipment. The sales man missed extras all together which I have had to ring up and add after and was not very knowledgeable on what some extras did. To top this all off I tryed to call and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day witch I never received. So I called back and the sales man had gone home. If it was not for the fact you are closer and more convenient than other VW stores I would have cancelled my order there and then. Over all they have all been very polite and the older Motability sales man seemed more knowledgeable but the rest was very poor.

    Was messaged to say the van was ready and had to wait over an hour as it had not been valeted and some items that should not have passed the mot were not replaced. The worst thing is that the dealership has claimed they did not remove a panel/cover behind the drivers seat and replaced with some sort of cover with a completely different colour. Now going through the process of trying to establish where the panel is on top of that there is a bolt missing from the drivers seat that has not been put back on. I think VW bristol think just because it’s Moto Nikita they can treat us like it’s not our vehicle so why do we care. Just want the van back as it was given and not to be fobbed of with lies
