    I've thought about this... but I am left disappointed with the service I had recently. My passenger airbag is not activated and I have an amber engine light on my dashboard. The service desk knew of these alerts- as notes were recorded against the car. The kind gentleman who collected and returned my car had reiterated these alerts along with a tyre query. So I had complete confidence with Mercedes. During the service a kind lady called to inform me she had no news to report yet on those alerts wow, great service I thought.

    Yet, my car was delivered back with none of the faults cleared- both lights still on indicating a problem. I feel this area of service is a bit sloppy. Several key points missed to check the car was in a good condition before returning to me.

    I am now waiting for someone to call me and book time to check these alerts. I don't have a passenger airbag working and I don't understand how the engine amber light is still on after a service? Fuel is not cheap- so there's more additional costs for me too.

    Nice people but you need to review your procedures.
