    The collection and delivery was excellent ,the checking of brake linings and the tyres was ok for a vehicle that has completed less than 8.000 miles is 3years old . I would have expected an oil change a service. record plus the MOT. Neither of which was with the car. I gave you a dirty car which you returned in the same condition .
    Having been twice before for checks and service I am very disappointed that the standard that I have received this service is well below your original standard ,Motability is a customer and deserves the same as treatment as other clientele

    Although I provide 5* for my experience I do need to bring a lot to your attention. I made an appointment online via the app, received a phone call next day saying it can not be honored as the app is not correct. I made a future appointment over the phone. Next day received a phone call confirming my original online appointment. I was granted this appointment and took car in. I checked in online and in person as I wanted to redeem a “full valet” that was given to me from a previous bad experience. Upon arrival after brakes replaced it appeared to be just a general car wash. The lady made them clean the inside but was still not to her standard or mine and provided me with another free full valet at a later time. My precious encounter caused me to go to Torbay due to poor service at Plymouth. Reason being is my wife was waiting in the waiting room and was never telephoned even tho they said they did. When questioned they didn’t even have the correct number. The car wasn’t washed and the video was sent the follow day with issues that were never even told or explained at pickup. Issue was a tyre that was possibly faulty and needed repair. So my wife not being told drove it home 19 miles and transporting me around until I received the video and recommendations. So we had to take the car back to Plymouth another 20 miles to have the tyre looked at. Where has your customer satisfaction gone ? When I first looked at BMW on Motability December 2019 I could not fault it. I even had my uncle select an X1 in January 2020… Over the years the customer service has gone. I didn’t even receive a new video of the inspection after this most recent visit ?
