    Front desk staff were lovely and I couldn't fault their service. However the overall service was terrible. I booked service WEEKS in advance WITH courtesy car. I was told on arrival wrong courtesy car booked and couldnt be given due to insurance purposes (more like they buggered up and gave away courtesy cars they shouldnt of). So the service would be put as a waiting appointment and would take "an hour and a half" it took three hours!
