    I can’t thank the team enough for making our experience so wonderful. As soon as we entered the Hyundai show room in Cardiff. Friendly helpful and so supportive, from me seeing the car of my choice to being told that it was available on the Motability scheme. Everything was so simple. Jonathan lead me through the simple ordering process making sure my special needs were fully covered. All I had to do was answer a few simple questions and the car was ordered. After a few weeks the car had arrived and a day and time was arranged to collect. All I had to do was hand over the keys to the previous Motability car and sign the agreement for the new term. Jonathan then talked / showed my husband and I, the controls inside the new car and setting up the details for me specifically. We felt so happy with the service shown to us by Jonathan that we felt secure and comfortable knowing that we could contact Jonathan with any questions or issues after we drove away with our new Motability car. 10 /10
