    Good customer service when I picked the car I picked up the car yesterday morning I drove it for 20 miles and it broke down it is now in your workshop in Renault it's got to have a new horn fitted
    Which I'm not very happy about being a brand new car
    I am contacting motability because your salesman said we need your help to keep it happens to these cars when they get wet which is no good to me sheen has out window is coming that's 0800 I will have more breakdown than you driving to do this much needed work

    Great customer service mine was very tidy dressed in a suit shirt and tie was very polite even remembered me from when I went in five days ago he gave me a cup of coffee and we sat down and did the paperwork for the car and it was lovely to be treated like a lady
