    The specialist that dealt with me at Renault Retail Group Renault Cardiff was Mr Hugh Ferris. I’d already had an amazing experience when I initially went to Renault Cardiff to choose my vehicle, see what is was like, make sure the vehicle was ergonomic. The Renault Symbioz exceeded my expectations.
    Friday the 16th of January 2026 was my pick up date. Friday morning I received a text that had a video of my new car. I watched the video and my excitement was stratospheric. I became a jumping bean. When I got to Renault Cardiff, I was welcomed my Hugh, made comfortable before we got things going. Hugh explained everything along the way so I had a full understanding of my experience. All the time asking if I had any questions.
    The time came and we got to the car. We got in, while Hugh went through everything aspect of the car. He showed my how to use the Navigation and touch, to change setting and so on. Without me asking Hugh asked it I needed help transferring everything from my Audi Q2 to my new car. I did and he helped with everything. He then left me to get things organised and to really feel the car. I had a couple of questions which he was happy to answer.
    My experience with Hugh Ferris at Renault Retail Group Renault Cardiff was the embodiment of ABOVE SND BEYOND. can’t thank Hugh Ferris and everyone at Renault Cardiff enough.
    They are a true asset to Motability and have shown the best part of Motability.

    At Renault Cardiff, Hugh was the gentleman that dealt with me. However, my experience started when I called the dealership and spoke with the receptionist to ask who I need to speak to about a new Motability vehicle. She was personable, patient, inviting and that really allayed my fears and set the tone. Once I got to the dealership, I was warmly greeted firstly by the receptionist who then introduced me to Hugh. As I have been quite ill and due to many variables I had to change dealerships, I was so nervous and frankly scared. However, those feelings were forgotten nearly instantly.
    Hugh was very professional whilst being warm, approachable, patient, and amazing listener and I never felt pressured to make a decision which is so important to vulnerable people. I was able to pick my vehicle, the colour that I wanted and I test drove the one available to have the feel of the car. I was the total experience that I received and I can not praise the whole team enough.

    Car was with dealership for over two weeks. For a simple window fix. Car was left in the rain for the two weeks. When I finally got the car back the rear seats were moldy.
