    Mainly positive but could have provided more support when trying to change my personalised plate. All previous dealers have helped me sort this but even after asking several times I was just directed to sort it myself which I found very stressful.

    Car was collected from home at 7.30 am, mot completed by 9.05am, car returned at 5.10pm.
    No communication from Nissan to say when they would be returning car or how long they were keeping it. Very rude man that took and returned car.
