Recently picked up my new Lexus UX 250h car from Hadfield Road, Cardiff. The car arrived earlier than anticipated which is always a bonus! Once again Shaun Reed, impeccable service & straightforward transfer of new car documentation on motability side. I love how the car was presented in a side showroom waiting for my husband & I to inspect. The handover to Dewi Bowden was just as impressive. He went through all the different gadgets within the car & helped with the Lexus app which connects to the car. Nothing was too much trouble for Dewi. Every question was answered clearly & concisely.A very pleasant efficient team from start to finish to make choosing my motability car an easy decision. Thank you gentlemen. The car is brilliant. Sean who sorted everything out for us and kept us updated on the progress of the car and when we picked the car up he had all the knowledge is the ins and out on how the car performs and explained how the dashboard works and what each gaget in the car was used for.
