    Very poor went down for nothing on 14th August they couldn’t do my mot has regulations had changed. A complete waste of my time and diesel. I live 45 mins away I should of been told

    Notifications on the service and booking the service was fast and efficient. The drop wasn’t great. Told by one mechanic to park in one place, to be told by another to park elsewhere. When I parked in the final spot I accidentally clipped a wing mirror of another van. It sounded worse than it was due to the mechanism on the mirror. I was given a filthy look by one mechanic and rudely spoken to by another.

    Took the car in at 10am as agreed. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. Went back after 3 hours car still not ready. It was 4.45 pm before we left there. Way to long and especially difficult for a wheelchair user

    Terrible service. No one answers the phone. Mot and service. Rear light housing was on the floor when tailgate opened. The reversing sensor is now not working. It was perfectly fine when you had the van. The van is stinking dirty inside. No paperwork given to show any work done so I haven’t got a clue. Would never recommend you.

    Very poor customer service. I pre-booked a courtesy vehicle but when I arrived there I Was asked straight away if I could drive an automatic vehicle to which I replied no and I was then told there was no manual vehicle's left. The man told me it's not his fault and I should have stated I wanted a manual vehicle when booking the courtesy car but I told him I wasn't given the option and this has never happened before. He advised 99% of the time it wouldn't be a problem but on that day they only had automatics left and he repeated again it's not his fault and I should have stated I wanted a manual when booking the courtesy car. We live about 25 miles from the garage so it was too far for someone to come and collect me at short notice so I had to wait there 3 1/2 hours for the work to be completed. I feel that this was totally unacceptable and the attitude/way I was spoken to was not acceptable as the blame was put on me and there as no apology offered either.
