    Steve made the whole process from start to finish very easy, pleasant and transferable, whilst outlining the ethos behind the Motorbility Scheme. He greatly helped to alleviate any concerns I had, especially relating to the type of vehicles available across various fuel options. I have never been a 'latest gadget' type of person and whilst I appreciate new developments within the Motor Vehicle Trade, I sometimes feel that new driving aids can become over-complicated and would prefer there to be as much focus on driving standards these days (I know this doesn't fall under your remit btw)
    That said, Steve paid great care in listening to the type of car I was interested in to help cater for my particular mobility needs including east access/exit, comfortabilty and reliability. I was extremely grateful..
