    From start to finish to finish our experience with Toyota was 10/10. From being greeted at front of house with a friendly approach and making sure we were directed to the correct salesman to deal with our enquiries to then being offered refreshments.
    We were introduced to Richard Evans who dealt with cars through the mobility scheme l. Richard went through everything and made the process very stressful free and comfortable not like other experiences we have had when trying to get a car. Richard was very attentive and professional.
    When we decided this was something we were interested in Richard took time to go through finances and models of each vehicle and allowed my husband to see which one suited his disability.
    Once we decided on the car which was a Yaris Cross again Richard made the ordering of the car stress free and enjoyable.
    As promised Richard kept us up dated during the waiting period.
    Day of collection a time was arranged to suit us and once again we greeted well with the same lovely welcome.
    Richard met us and I was really stressed as was concerned about paperwork insurance etc. Richard once again took all the stress away. We were shown to the car which was just everything we wanted. Richard went through everything with fine detail even took time to connect my mobile device.
    We were completely satisfied with everything and would recommend Toyota Newport.
